Breach of Contract Protocol
While we hope this protocol will be unnecessary, there are systems in place to protect both of us in the event that our partnership needs to end before the scheduled end date. This protocol will vary depending on how far into the program we are.
Please read this carefully as you will be contractually bound to these terms.
We ask you to please consider your ability to fulfill all post requirements in a timely manner prior to signing your Ambassador Agreement. At that time, you will be obligated to fulfill all requirements or we will enact the protocol as outlined on the following pages. This system is not meant to be harsh, but rather protects us from losing product and inventory that we have worked hard to create in the event that our partnership is no longer viable at any time and for any reason.
Sun and Mind Company reserves the ability to terminate the partnership at any time.

Pink Tier Creators
1) Voluntary Withdrawal From Program (Prior to Sharing Posts)
You may decide to withdraw from the program at any time and for any reason. If this is the case, please provide written communication so that we are aware of the situation. Once we receive a message from you, your codes will be immediately deactivated. If any packages have already been shipped using your code, they will remain your property, but you will be invoiced for the 20% difference that was discounted prior if the post requirement was not met. Failure to pay this invoice may result in further communication from Sun and Mind Company and/or legal counsel.
2) Failure To Fulfill Post Requirement (At End of Partnership Date)
While you have the ability to post at any time during this season, you are expected to have posted at least 1-2 times per package that you receive from us. If this requirement is not met by the end date of our partnership you will be invoiced for the 20% difference that was discounted when you initially purchased. All items will remain your property. Failure to pay this invoice may result in further communication from Sun and Mind Company and/or legal counsel.
Orange Tier Creators
1) Voluntary Withdrawal From Program (Before Partnership End Date)
You may decide to withdraw from the program at any time and for any reason. If this is the case, please provide written communication so that we are aware of the situation. Once we receive a message from you, your codes will be immediately deactivated. If your gifted package has already been shipped, it will remain your property, but you will be invoiced for the entire value of the box and the cost of shipping. Failure to pay this invoice may result in further communication from Sun and Mind Company and/or legal counsel.
2) Failure To Fulfill Post Requirement (At End of Partnership Date)
While you have the ability to post at any time within the season, you are expected to have posted a total of 3-4 times by our partnership end date. If you have failed to do so, you will be invoiced for the entire value of yourseasonal gifted box including the cost of shipping. Failure to pay this invoice may result in further communication from Sun and Mind Company and/or legal counsel.
Gold Tier Creators
1) Voluntary Withdrawal From Program (Before Seasonal Checkpoint Date)
You may decide to withdraw from the program at any time and for any reason. If this is the case, please provide written communication so that we are aware of the situation. Once we receive a message from you, your codes will be immediately deactivated. If any packages have already been shipped, they will remain your property, but you will be invoiced for the entire value of the box and the cost of shipping. Failure to pay this invoice may result in further communication from Sun and Mind Company and/or legal counsel.
2) Failure To Fulfill Post Requirement (At Seasonal Checkpoint Date)
While you have the ability to post at any time within each season, you are expected to have posted at least three times before your seasonal checkpoint date. If you have failed to do so, you will not receive any future gifted packages. At this time, our partnership will also be terminated, all codes will be deactivated, and you will be invoiced for the entire value of your first seasonal gifted box and the cost of shipping. Failure to pay this invoice may result in further communication from Sun and Mind Company and/or legal counsel.
3) Voluntary Withdrawal From Program (After Seasonal Checkpoint Date)
You may decide to withdraw from the program at any time and for any reason. If this is the case, please provide written communication so that we are aware of the situation. Once we receive a message from you, your codes will be immediately deactivated. If any packages have already been shipped, they will remain your property, but you will be invoiced for the entire value of both boxes and the cost of shipping. Failure to pay this invoice may result in further communication from Sun and Mind Company and/or legal counsel.
4) Failure To Fulfill Post Requirement (At End of Partnership Date)
While you have the ability to post at any time within each season, you are expected to have posted a total of 7-10 times by our partnership end date. If you have failed to do so, you will be invoiced for the entire value of your first and second seasonal gifted box and the cost of shipping for both boxes. Failure to pay this invoice may result in further communication from Sun and Mind Company and/or legal counsel.
